Mr. Wilson joined Townsquare in September 2010 and previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Content & Digital Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Townsquare, Mr. Wilson was President of AOL Media from 2006 to May 2010 where he had overall responsibility for AOL’s global content strategy. In his nine years at AOL, he also served in a number of roles including President, AOL Programming & Studios and Executive Vice President; and under his leadership, AOL’s content sites grew to reach more than 75 million monthly unique visitors domestically and over 150 million worldwide.
Prior to joining AOL in 2001, Mr. Wilson served as Senior Vice President for Worldwide Marketing at Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), which he joined in 1992, and was responsible for worldwide marketing including artist, digital and non-traditional marketing across more than 50 countries for the world’s biggest artists including Dave Matthews Band, OutKast, Foo Fighters, Whitney Houston, Annie Lennox, Santana and numerous major recording artists over his tenure at BMG. Mr. Wilson started his career at BMG subsidiary Arista Records under the guidance of Clive Davis and Richard Sanders, where he was a product manager working with artists across numerous genres including Notorious B.I.G., TLC, Sarah McLachlan, Kenny G and Spiritualized.
Mr. Wilson won an Emmy Award in 2006 for the record setting Live 8 program and was named to the Hollywood Reporter’s ”Digital Power List” in 2008, which profiles the 50 people who most influence the creation and distribution of content online. In addition, he was profiled in Crain’s New York Business’ ”40 under Forty” and Billboard’s ”Power Players” in Digital Entertainment in 2005, as well as Hollywood Reporter’s ”Next Generation” in 2003, and Radio Ink’s “Most Powerful in Radio” in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Mr. Wilson was voted the Radio Board Chair of the National Association of Broadcasters (“NAB”) in June 2021, after serving on the Executive Board of the NAB since 2020 and previously serving as a NAB Board Member. Mr. Wilson was also recently recognized as 2021 “Executive of The Year” by Radio Ink.
Mr. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in economics and a B.S. in business management and earned a M.B.A. with honors in finance and marketing from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Management.
Erik Hellum is the Chief Operating Officer for Townsquare Media, overseeing 350 radio stations and digital marketing services in 74 markets, and has been with Townsquare since its inception in 2010. He previously was President of GAPWEST, which Townsquare Media acquired in August of 2010. Hellum worked at Bonneville International Communications as Vice President/Market Manager of WIL/WRTH in St. Louis from 2002 to 2004 and as Vice President/Market Manager of KTAR AM/FM and KPKX in Phoenix from 2004 to 2008. He began his career at Katz Radio and held positions of increasing responsibility in Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. He then led Clear Channel’s early cross-platform sales efforts after serving as Vice President-Sales for AMFM.
Hellum earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987 and is the chairman of the Communication Arts Partners (CAPS) alumni board at the UW. He also serves as Vice Chair for the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) Board. He and his wife Jennifer have two sons, Luke and Noah, with whom he shares his interest in travel, music, film, and Wisconsin sports.
Todd Lawley is the President of Townsquare Ignite, the digital advertising division of Townsquare Media. With over 30 years of experience in the media industry, Todd has been a driving force behind the transformation and growth of some of the nation’s most well-known radio and digital media brands. Since joining Townsquare in 2013, he has led the evolution of the company into a digital-first local media powerhouse—turning Ignite into Townsquare’s #1 revenue and profit growth engine.
Todd’s journey through media leadership began at Interep National Radio Sales, where he was quickly promoted after outperforming sales expectations. He went on to become one of the youngest Vice Presidents in Clear Channel (now iHeartMedia) history, generating double-digit growth through nontraditional revenue strategies. His leadership continued to shine at Citadel Broadcasting (now Cumulus Media), where he successfully reversed declining revenue trends and achieved top-tier cash flow performance across major markets.
Todd later founded Peak Broadcasting, a successful radio company that dominated every market it entered in both revenue and ratings. After selling Peak to Townsquare, he took on roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his current position leading Ignite. Under his leadership, Townsquare Ignite has launched new revenue streams, embraced a forward-thinking digital strategy, and achieved consistent double-digit growth in both revenue and profit.
Known as “the man behind brands,” Todd is recognized for his rare blend of operational acumen, financial expertise, and strategic foresight. He’s passionate about building high-performing teams, transforming businesses, and finding the next big opportunity in the ever-changing media landscape.
Kelly Quinn has been with Townsquare Media since its inception, rising through the ranks from Seller to Sales Manager to Market President, before joining the corporate team in 2013. Now serving as Chief Revenue Officer, Kelly works closely with Ignite’s leadership, operations, buying, and creative teams to accelerate digital sales growth across the company. He also helps bridge Ignite’s initiatives with broader company strategies, structure, and training.
Kelly holds a BA in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts with a minor in Advertising and Marketing from Central Michigan University. A digital trailblazer, Kelly was an early adopter of Townsquare’s digital offerings, seeing the potential for helping local businesses grow through creative and strategic marketing.
A passionate advocate for challenging the status quo, Kelly is dedicated to helping sellers and businesses stand out through innovative thinking, a strong mindset, and effective strategy.
Outside the office, Kelly is an avid fan of both college and professional sports, often found tailgating or attending games in the fall. He also enjoys skiing, kayaking, hiking, and—oddly enough—long walks in the rain. Fun fact: he’s an award-winning copywriter and voiceover talent for both radio and television.
With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and revenue generation, Matt Kiger has driven exponential sales growth in the digital media space. Skilled in developing groundbreaking sales strategies and training programs, Matt has a proven track record of exponentially growing digital revenue. A high-energy and respected leader embodying the growth mindset, Matt has overseen large teams of sales professionals and market leaders while fostering a culture of commitment and accountability.
Matt started as the Director of Digital Sales at Townsquare Media in 2011, then has also been a VP, Sales, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President in his tenure. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Townsquare Media, Matt is responsible for increasing advertising revenues across digital and all advertising platforms. Additionally, Matt has developed key training curricula focused on cross-platform sales strategies and actively champions the sales culture throughout the company.
Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the east coast, sunrise running, live music, and DJing on weekends. Also, he enjoys good coffee and nature and his life motto is “carpe diem.”
Cristina Cipolla is the Chief Data Officer, where she leads a high-performing group focused on business intelligence, campaign insights, reporting, and strategic analytics. Since joining Townsquare over 11 years ago, Cristina has become a driving force in helping the company harness the power of data.
Her media career began in 2004, with roles in media planning, sales, revenue management, and analytics. Cristina’s expertise lies in turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

With 17 years of experience in digital marketing for the trades sector, Bill Campbell is a key leader at Townsquare Media. He has dedicated his career to helping manufacturers, distributors, and contractors grow through dynamic multi-platform strategies and strong business systems. Known for his coaching ability and innovative sales leadership, Bill has played a pivotal role in expanding revenue across the sector.

Tony Townsend is the Senior Vice President of Digital Sales at Townsquare Ignite. Since joining in 2013, he has held numerous leadership roles including Market President, Regional Director, and VP of Strategy. He now oversees Ignite’s efforts in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and the Steel City Media partner markets, along with multiple digital strategy leaders and vertical leads.
Tony’s career spans leadership positions with ABC affiliates and regional newspapers, where he drove digital growth, restructured services, and brought in hundreds of new accounts. With experience in telecom and early VoIP startups, he holds four U.S. provisional patents in data transmission.
Tony believes great salespeople sell outcomes—and the best ones sell feelings. His passion lies in solving business challenges by building trust and delivering meaningful results. Off the clock, you’ll find him powerboating on the lake, volunteering with local law enforcement, or spending time with his high school sweetheart of over 30 years.
Aleece began her career as a new business development AE at the Houston Chronicle and cut her teeth selling newspaper, quickly rising in the ranks and winning multiple president’s clubs trips. She made the jump into leadership more than decade ago and went on to lead several top performing sales teams in Houston before coming to Townsquare in 2020.
Aleece always had a passion for media, even in college doing internships at a CBS affiliate thinking she was going to be the next Katie Couric, until she found an even deeper passion for media SALES. When she saw the changes we can make for small businesses and being apart of growth of her client’s profits, she was all in! Once given the opportunity to switch focus to digital media sales, and getting into leadership she found the true reward is leading and coaching sellers to become better at their craft and grow into success themselves.
Competitive to her core, Aleece usually enjoys anything that includes winning outside of work. Aleece and her husband, Shane and son Cooper love to travel and eat their way through cities and mostly just enjoy the sunshine… sometimes it’s nice just to SLOW DOWN! Her biggest challenge is trying to raise an independent and confident son, while still making sure he knows he can never really leave mom behind!
Justin Abbott is the Vice President of Digital Sales at Townsquare Media, bringing over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Since joining the company in 2013, he has held several leadership roles—including Digital Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Regional Director—before stepping into his current position on the Ignite corporate team. During his time as Director of Sales, he was awarded Market of the Year, one of Townsquare’s highest honors.
Justin is known for his drive and passion for pairing cutting-edge technology with the right talent to deliver strong client results. He plays a key role in shaping Ignite’s sales strategy, developing talent, building key initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. He’s especially energized by helping local and regional businesses grow through innovative digital solutions and coaching sales teams to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Justin finds joy in coaching and watching his children thrive in sports, hitting the hiking trails or ski slopes of Upstate New York, and soaking in live music on summer nights.
Jeroen Corver is the Vice President of Digital Strategy at Townsquare Ignite, where he leads the strategic development and execution of programmatic marketing campaigns for local and national clients. Eric Davis has been immersed in the digital world since the early 2000s. Starting as a call center manager at T-Mobile during the dawn of mobile internet, he went on to hold roles at HIBU (formerly Yellowbook), a tech startup utilizing beacon tech, and now Townsquare Media. His career has intersected digital innovation at multiple turning points in the industry, giving him a unique perspective across technology and business.
As a communicator and connector at heart, Eric brings a curiosity and passion for problem-solving to everything he does. His diverse background helps him understand a wide range of industries and client needs.
Eric lives in Colorado and enjoys an active lifestyle with his family. A fun fact: he’s been playing drums for over 40 years.
Shaun Collignon brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a broad background in sales and operations to his role at Townsquare Media. He leads a large team responsible for project managing every aspect of client digital campaigns, ensuring executional excellence and client satisfaction.

Before Townsquare Media, Connie held positions at Kenneth Cole Productions, Women’s Marketing Inc., and the Santa Monica Daily Press. Her background includes working in marketing and advertising in virtually every medium and focusing on helping businesses build their brand through effective advertising creative. Since joining Townsquare Media to run the creative services team, her focus has been on the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising. Connie runs a team of over 25 creative personnel and leads the marketing initiatives of Townsquare Ignite’s brand.
A passion for brand building and business and aesthetic beauty were the perfect combination to drive Connie to a career in digital marketing.
Connie is a passionate Chicago sports fan (much to her chagrin). Additionally, she loves playing sports, including pickleball, softball, and bowling. She also loves the outdoors and the beach which means you could easily run into her on the nearby beaches of Charleston if you’re ever in the area. Her team knows the way to her heart involves two bubbly things: diet coke or champagne.
Chris Pollard brings a deep background in advertising technology and programmatic media to his role as Vice President of Media Buying at Townsquare Ignite. Since joining the company in 2018, Chris has grown the media buying department to over 65 people, managing the execution and optimization of thousands of client campaigns.
A Syracuse University graduate with a degree in Finance, Chris entered the ad tech world through a college internship and quickly found his passion in data-driven marketing. He thrives on building scalable systems and processes that help clients achieve both short-term wins and long-term success.
When he’s not solving complex media challenges, Chris loves traveling with his family and hitting the slopes as an avid skier and snowboarder.
Chris Maffei joined Townsquare Ignite in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Paid Media. After launching his career at a media trading desk in New York City, he brought his expertise to Townsquare where he helped establish and scale the company’s in-house search and social teams. Chris now oversees a team of media buyers focused on campaign performance and optimization across key platforms.
Chris graduated from SUNY Binghamton with degrees in Mathematics and Economics, and he is both Facebook and Google Ads certified. Known for his ability to combine data, technology, and creative strategy, Chris drives results by tailoring campaigns to maximize client success.
An avid outdoorsman, Chris spends his free time hiking, snowboarding, fishing, cooking Italian food, and attending live music events. He’s also a big fan of college football and baseball.
Mary Fork is the Director of Ignite TV at Townsquare Ignite, where she leads the company’s Streaming and Linear TV division across all of Townsquare’s dynamic markets nationwide. With a vision rooted in innovation and a passion for results, Mary sparked the idea for Ignite TV and helped launch it from the ground up with a group of incredible colleagues to turn a bold concept into one of the company’s most exciting growth engines.

Starting her career as an account executive in the Flint, MI market, Erin quickly made her mark, earning national recognition as a 30 Under 30 honoree by Radio Ink for her expertise in digital integration.
Erin’s superpower lies in her ability to understand people just as deeply as she understands the technology that drives modern campaigns—a skill that earned her the internal “MacGyver Mastermind” award for her knack for solving challenges with strategic, creative, and resourceful solutions. She excels at uncovering innovative ways to push campaigns to deliver real-world success, blending industry expertise with a keen understanding of human behavior to ensure that every strategy is both data-driven and deeply intuitive.
At Ignite, Erin spearheaded the development of the company’s agency partnership division, shifting the focus from being a vendor to becoming a true strategic partner. Kaleigh Brower is the Director of Recruiting at Townsquare Media Group, where she leads all recruitment efforts across the organization. Since joining Townsquare in 2018, Kaleigh has progressed from Recruiter to Recruiting Manager and now serves as the Director, leading talent acquisition at a national level. Along the way, she was honored with the People’s Choice for People First Award, a testament to her dedication to fostering a people-centric workplace.
